LIFE THREADS Trial Program Terms and Conditions

DETERMINANT will provide its Free Dress Shirt Trial Program to the seminar participants and designated partners of our “Threaded into Infinite Possibilities” Student Seminar 

Seminar information: 

Date: 25 Jul 2024 

Venue: Holy Trinity College (3 Wai Chi St, Shek Kip Mei) 

Program Period: 

  • The program runs from July 24, 2024 to August 31, 2027. 

How to Participate: 

  • Prior to redemption, all participants to the seminar that enrolled successfully and the designated partners, must first create an account to become a member of The DETERMINANT Club on DETERMINANT’s Online Store (https://shop.detshirts.com/account/register) in order to participate the program. 
  • Log in to The DETERMINANT CLUB account. After logging in successfully, DETERMINANT will verify membership information with participants details. the free dress shirt e-voucher will be released afterwards in the "Get Rewards" section for redemption. The participant must present proof of valid membership to store staff upon redemption. 
  • Ensure the information you provided when signing up for the seminar and registering the member account the must the coherent, for example, same email address and mobile number are required. Any information discrepancy will impact on qualification to above trial program.  

Free Dress Shirt Trial Program Redemption Terms and Conditions: 

  • Each free dress shirt e-voucher can redeem one selected dress shirt at any DETERMINANT store. 
  • The free dress shirt redemption period is from July 24, 2024 to August 31, 2024. 
  • Redemption is available until August 31, 2024. 
  • ONLY selected dress shirts are eligible for free redemption. 
  • Participants can enjoy a one-time 30% discount on the same day they redeem the free shirts 

Free Dress Shirt Exchange Terms and Conditions: 

  • Participants can exchange their free dress shirt ONCE within the program period. Participants must return their free dress shirt for exchange. 
  • The free dress shirt exchange e-voucher can be redeemed once at any DETERMINANT store.  
  • The free dress shirt exchange e-voucher will be released in the "Get Rewards" section of the same The DETERMINANT CLUB account for redemption on Jan 1, 2025. 
  • The exchange dress shirt redemption period is from Jan 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027. 
  • Redemption for exchange dress shirt is available  until August 31, 2027. 
  • ONLY selected dress shirt styles are eligible for the exchange. 

 

Other Terms and Conditions: 

  • The "Store Locations" page (https://shop.detshirts.com/pages/store-locations) provides a list of DETERMINANT's retail store locations in Hong Kong and it will be updated from time to time. 
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, or promo codes (unless otherwise specified). 
  • All items purchased using the offer are non-refundable. 
  • All dates and times under the offer are based on Hong Kong time. 
  • The offer cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or cash coupons, in whole or in part. 
  • DETERMINANT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, suspend or cancel the program at any time without notice. 
  • In case of any disputes, DETERMINANT reserves the right of final decision. 
  • The campaign is only available in Hong Kong. 
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 
  • Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
