Shipping and Delivery
Upon checking out, you will be given an order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed. Your order will be confirmed upon approval of payment.
Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. The e-mail contains:
- your order number;
- the item(s) ordered;
- the order quantity of each item;
- the unit prices and total prices of each item;
- the total price of the order;
- other billing information, such as shipping charges and taxes (if any); and
- your billing and delivery addresses.
As soon as your payment has been approved, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. As soon as your order ships (typically within 48 business hours), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You can check your order using your shipping confirmation e-mail.
DELIVERY – WHERE AND WHEN
We do not ship on certain public holidays. We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address which is a home or office address in one of the countries which we accept the order.
Where possible, we try to deliver all items of the same order at the same time. However, please note that it is a possibility that an order is fulfilled in separate shipments due to temporary unavailability or the fact that different stock keeping units (SKUs) are warehoused in different locations.
We reserve the right to split the delivery of your order, for instance if part of your order is delayed or unavailable. In the event that we split your order, we will notify you of our intention to do so by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time your order was placed. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
IMPORT AND CUSTOM CLEARANCE
Different country may have different laws and regulations on the import requirement for the products. You should check and ensure that the products you purchased can be imported into the country that you designated for delivery.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. You should notify us by sending an e-mail to our customer service at email@example.com.
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been dispatched for delivery. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Our customer service ambassadors will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If the order can be cancelled successfully, we shall send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. In rare case, your order may not be able to be fulfilled even you have received the order confirmation. In such cases, we shall notify you through e-mail with relevant information on cancellation and refund arrangement.

ABOUT FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Free shipping applies when order value is HKD300 or local currency equivalent. Standard shipping rate of HKD50 will be charged for orders not meeting the threshold mentioned. Applicable to orders delivering to addresses of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
