With our multiple announcement before loyalty program enhancement during Jul 2024, please note that any spending records under a non-member prior to enhancement cut-off date (09 Jul 2024), would not be regarded as part of VIP Tier accumulation rule for our current loyalty program. This was regarded as forfeit of potential member benefits.

How can I participate in the program?
If you have made a purchase before, please sign up with the same email address that you used for the previous orders. You should receive a verification email after signing up. For new visitors, you can , create an account and you are automatically entitled to our loyalty program. Each time you come back, just make sure that you’re logged in to track your progress, redeem points, and much more.
How can I earn points?
Check out the tasks on our rewards page and we will periodically add new ways to earn points. Make sure you’re up to date to maximize your points! In most cases, we’ll credit your account immediately
For points relevant to “make a purchase”, you can earn 1 point for every HKD 1 of your purchases. It will only be rewarded to your account once the order status is “fulfilled”, which means you will get the points when items arrived.
How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed when you are logged onto your account. We have several rewards available for redemption depending on your point balance. When you have enough points for a discount, you can redeem the discount from your account and the discount will automatically apply to your cart if there are added items.
How can I earn points?

Points can also be redeemed directly from your cart! When you have enough points for a discount, just add items to your cart, click on the checkout button, and select a discount from the available drop down menu.
How can I “pay with points”?
Every valid 100 points is redeemable for HKD 5 of discount voucher. There is no upper limit on maximum redemption. Once redeemed, you will receive a one-time discount code with a designated value from your points redeemed. Please use within 30 days before it expires.
Any VIP tiers? How can I become VIP?
All membership tier(s) will be automatically calculated based on historic spending from the last 365 days. Please shop with your member account every time to not miss any potential points and rewards.
To become a BLUE card member, there is no minimum spending requirement.
To become a GOLD card member, the customer must spend HKD 3,000 or more in the last 365 days by using a single membership account.
To become a PLATINUM card member, the customer must spend HKD 6,000 or more in the last 365 days by using a single membership account.
Any physical VIP card?
You can always check from your account to know your VIP status as there is NO physical card distributing to customers. You can also check how much spending is required to maintain your tier or upgrade higher from the account.
What benefits can I expect after being a VIP?
For GOLD tier (HKD 3,000 spending or more from last 365 days, automatic calculation based on the mentioned rolling period)
- 1,000 membership points on your first ever upgrade to the GOLD tier
- Year-round 10% discount on regular-priced items.
- Year-round $1=1.5 points calculation on all purchases
- Within birthday month 15% discount on regular-priced items and $1=2 points calculation on all purchases
For PLATINUM tier (HKD 6,000 spending or more from last 365 days, automatic calculation based on the mentioned rolling period)
- 2,000 membership points on your first ever upgrade to the GOLD tier
- Year-round 15% discount on regular-priced items
- Year-round $1= 2 points calculation on all purchases
- Within birthday month, 20% discount on regular price-items and $1=3 points calculation on all purchases.
Please note all discounts above are NOT stackable with any other in-shop offers (for example, BUNDLE offer or SALE items) for a further lower discount under any conditions. (i.e. Choose the best offer only at your consideration)
Can the discount vouchers I redeemed apply to all products like SALE items?
All discounts from redemption are only applicable to selected regular-priced apparel purchases unless otherwise specified.

Why are the rewards not reflected immediately when I have provided my birthday month?
Minimum 1-2 working days required for verification after signing up the birthday information for a new account, please wait patiently.
How can I check my point balance?
You can check your point balance and reward history by logging onto your account.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 1 year from the time they are earned. You can always check the expiry date after logging onto your account.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards expire within 30 days from the time they are redeemed (unless otherwise specified). Please use it in time.
Can I receive points for purchases not from DETERMINANT online store and offline stores?
You will only receive points upon purchase at our official online store and offline stores . If you suspect the points are not reflected on your account respectively, please contact our customer service team at CS.HK@detshirts. Come within 30 days after your purchase
I can’t log into my account...
If you have successfully registered an account before, click “forgot password?” on account page you will receive an email to reset your password. If the email is not found, it may mean that your provided email address has not been registered as an account and we recommend you create an account.
I want to delete my account...
Please email our customer service team at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to delete your account. Please note that all account details deleted are not retrievable afterwards.
I have several accounts, can I merge them?
Please email your email addresses to our customer service team at [email protected]. We will reach out to you to arrange further. Please note that the merger is not reversible.
Do I get points from the shipping or tax amount as well?
Regrettably we do not reward any points relevant to the amount of tax and shipping.
What happens if I shop in other currencies?
Our point system is primarily designed around HKD. If you shop in another currency, we will convert your spending to the equivalent in HKD and reward you accordingly.
What happens if I return/refund/exchange an order?
When you return or refund an order entirely, the points you earned associated with that order will be immediately deducted. For example, if you make a purchase for HKD100 worth of product but return the entire order, the 100 points you earned will be deducted when we confirm your return or refund.
When you return an order partially, the points you earned associated with that item will be deducted when we confirm your return or refund. For example, if you return HKD25 worth of product from an order of HKD100, 25 points will be deducted eventually from your 100 points earned from this order.
When you exchange for a product, the point balance will be reflected once the exchange is completed according to potential monetary value differences of exchanged products.
