How to Measure

Collar Size
Measure at the base of your neck and loop it around. The tape measure should be snug, but not overly tight. -
Chest
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest. -
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose. -
Centre Back (CB) Sleeve Length
For long sleeve, measure from center back of your neck, edge of shoulder, elbow and to your wrist.

Nice shirt
It is a great economical choice for a basic work shirt that fits. The material is a lot less wrinkle resistant than I remembered it. Despite using cold water, delicate cycle and a wash bag on my first wash, the shirt is still a lot more wrinkly than other non wrinkle shirts I have bought.
Good price point
Some of the earlier shirts ripped at my left elbow. But I wore them a lot. Curious to see how long the new ones last
